Afghan pakistan war in 1975.

Daoud khan president of afghanistan was a rabid nationalist of Afghanistan pushing for pashtun nationalism. He engaged zulfiqar bhutto's pakistan in a proxy war causing dissent and sabotage in the border land. Daud khan saw Durand line as a false border (afghanistan doesn't actually recognise pakistan border) so believes Pashtunistan, and balochistan are rightful afghan land. So what would happen in 1975 if Daud khan invades pakistan? I believe pakistan would win due to better military and try and seize the wakhan corridor.

If other powers such as India or the USSR stay out, it should be an easy Pakistani win. Pakistan has a better Army and Air Force, and Pakistani soldiers are much better trained. However, the temptation may be too great for India not to make trouble on the other border in support of Daoud Khan (in 1975, Indira Gandhi was facing a horrible domestic situation and declared Emergency rule, a short war in support of Afghanistan might provide just the diversion she needs). The Soviets might airlift weapons from their border. If India gets involved, what does China do?
