advanced paleo-indian or native american

what if Jōmon period people form japan travel to Americas in 14.000 BC.
jomon period people had advance tech as pottery , sailing , most importantly bow and arrow. paleo-Indian lacked bow. with yomon immigration er is very fast population growth leading to earlier Eastern Agricultural Complex with goosefoot plant as founder corp in 5.000 BC. Eastern Agricultural Complex will became founder civilization in Americas and will have contact with Andes en maya civilization trough ship.

There is some controversial evidence that some Ecuadorian cultures (primarily the Valdivians) had cultural and genetic links to the Jomon in OTL, so it's entirely possible that you're not proposing anything different from real history.

All of that aside, you're misunderstanding some Pre-Columbian cultures. Pottery and agriculture predate those dates in the Americas. The Jomon came to Japan when it was still connected to Asia, and I am not familiar with any comments on their naval prowess, but it's worth noting that Andean cultures also had boats (not sure when these first became notable, though). As far as archery, that would certainly be earlier than OTL, but, again, it's possible they came over and didn't affect anything, anyways.

There's plenty of evidence of advance native Americans in North and South America. The problem is that at the time only the Aztecs and Incas were the most advanced of the Native Americans and there were contacts or written records with more advanced peoples it is easy to dismiss such ideas.

early pottery lead to metal smelting. Because early Metallurgy was discovered in pottery kiln of 1200 C en copper have melting point of 1084 c. you got maybe 2000-1000 year earlier metal smelting. because Andean civilization discovered pottery only in 3000 BC.

They already had metallurgy well before 3000 BC, depending on the region, and I'm getting dates for ceramics dating back before 3000 BC, as well. Assuming that there was no Jomon-Valdivian culture contact in OTL, it would be far easier to import them to Ecuador specifically earlier by using a PoD in the Americas.

Also, the OTL Jomon links are proposed for a time thousands of years after your PoD, and I'm not finding anything about major Jomon sailing around the era you're mentioning. IDK if that's necessary because it didn't exist, or just that I can't find it, but.
