Adolf's health after a german victory ?

How much do you think Hitler would have lived after 1945 ? Do you think that his bad health will convince him to step back and let Goering or whoever he thinks is the man for the job to rule the reich ? Or would he continues to rule until the day of his death ? I don't know how the Nazi party works but when Lenin health got worse in 1923 , Lenin was banned from making decisions , would the same thing happens to Adolf ?

I think that he might live to 1950's but surely not to 1960's.

And Nazi party was quiet messy so there hardly would be so easy replace Hitler than Lenin.

Maximum period he can live is probably mid to late 1960s (early 70s if you stretch it). By then there may be a 2nd or 3rd generation of Nazi leadership. Best case scenario for the Reich would be to have one of the more competent elder Nazis (Reinhard Heydrich or Albert Speer would be a good fit) take over and institute a PRC-style generational successor system.

The person succeeding him would need extensive experience in navigating the Nazi hierarchy. If he's still around, Heinrich Himmler needs to be forced into retirement or killed.

Heydrich was just as hated as Himmler was, as well as competent. If the Reichsfuhrer is killed off, then a lot of the senior SS has to die as well. Speer would be the best choice though.

Speer would be probably best choice for Third Reich but how much him has changes against other nazi leaders who would want to be new Fuehrer?

I agree the longest stretch would be for him to make it to the early 60's. Goering is not likely to succeed as unless Victory is assured early on in the OTL outbreak of war he had fallen out of favor with fool corporal. As others have stated Speer would make possibly the best choice, but very unlikely as he didn't become a major part of the leadership until after Todt's death in 42 and was more in the inner circle due to his favor from Hitler in planning future projects. I don't think he held ANY influence or support from the other power figures. His chances are unlikely. I think Himmler would make a play but the infighting between SS and Military ciricles would be very bloody while Boreman and Goebbels probably would attempt to prop up their own candidates rather than make for power outright. I see a military figure eventually replacing AH after victory. One with some support in the various power ciricles of the SS, Military and the party. And it goes without say some kind of popular appeal too. Maybe someone like "Sepp" Dietrich,or Franz Halder comes out on top.
