Hakka and Hokkien-speakers arrived from Mainland China but never became the majority, and Taiwan remained under the Dutch, who were expelled somewhat later by the aborigines.

If you abolish the customs of the Taiwanese Aborigines which did not allow them to multiply such as their custom of Mandatory Abortions a long time before the chinese came in droves, even under the Chinese rule Taiwan will have an Aboriginal Majority.

How about conversion to Christianity or some other "pro-life" religions? The dutch was already trying Christianity...
