A War Bloodier Than Ever Before (WWII TL.)

"The horrors of the Second World War, the chilling winds of the Cold War and the crushing weight of the Iron Curtain are little more than fading memories. Ideals that once commanded great loyalty are now taken for granted."
-Jan Peter Balkenende

Destruction during the Battle of Berlin.

During WWII, the USSR was allied with the US, as Stalin said "The US might be imperialist, but, it's our only hope to survive the horrors of the Great Patriotic War." There were talks, and the Soviet economy went up, as the 4th Five-Year Plan rolled in. The economy boomed, as the government established more farms, and built more factories in cities like Moscow, and St. Petersburg. In Britain, however, as a last ditch attempt during the Battle of Berlin, Luftwaffe planes flew to bomb Britain once more. Out of 25,000 planes, only 1,000 made it back. German troops were also transported to Cornwall by Kreigsmarine ships. 500 ships launched, with about 1,000 each on board. Most were sunk as it refueled in Copenhagen. The ones that made it to Cornwall were destroyed. During the bombings, the House of Commons was destroyed, and same thing with the Prime Minister's house, killing him. The British Government fell apart, and a rebel group called the White Saxons (Pro-Fascism.) attempts to take over the title of Prime Minister in order to have a dictatorship. Most people, mostly supporters of Neville Chamberlain, support them, and the British military is forced to* reckonize the nation as a puppet state of Germany. In the US, they have finally built 7 nuclear warheads, one named Little Boy, the other named Fat Man. The 5 were sent to the USSR, to use against Germany. In August, the Enola Gay and The Great Artiste launched, and headed toward Hiroshima. A missile was launched at The Great Artiste, and shot it down, severely damaging the Enola Gay. It fell also, and exploded.

It's ASB. How did Germany launch a bombing mission consisting of four times more bombers then total aircraft the Luftwaffe ever possessed at any one time? What magic did they use? How did Germany build 500 vessels without crippling the rest of its war economy? Where did this magic fascist coup in Britain come from? If the Soviet Union is doing so well economically, how come it hasn't translated that into military strength and crushed Germany? How come the US and Soviet Union are ignoring it? Why is the US staging the atomic bomb out of the USSR instead of their more logistically convenient Pacific bases? Where did Japan get the technical-industrial base to develop anti-aircraft missiles?

This TL makes no sense. Things just happen with absolutely no reason given for why or how they happened. The numbers given and the way events unfold give the impression that the author has a understanding of the military affairs, politics, and economics of the era on the level of some Dadaist version of Risk. And that's before I get into the grammar and spelling problems.

Interesting... interesting, but implausible.

Germany was a heaping pile of rubble by 1945.

Why would a pro-German coup even happen in Britain? By 1945 the vast majority of British fascists were either in prison or in Germany, and there's basically no public support for a pro-German position. Not only was it clear by that point that Germany was going to lose, but the horrors of the Holocaust and German occupation have been revealed. Realistically such a coup would be composed of a couple disgruntled nuts who die in a shootout with the police/army in some warehouse.

Also America would never give the Soviets an atomic bomb. The Americans didn't even want to give the British any nuclear secrets, and the British were much closer to the Americans than the Soviets. And it's not like America doesn't have bases from which to nuke Germany (not that there's any point in nuking Germany by the time of the Battle of Berlin. That's a bit like using a shotgun to remove a wart). Finally, the Japanese didn't have any SAMs (in fact there were no operational systems for SAMs during WWII), so there's no way a missile could hit the Enola Gay.
