Nobody is psychic. Nobody can truly predict the future. But there WERE plenty of influential people around Hitler, throughout his career, who could see (and, indeed, were angered by) his unwillingness to compromise, or heed advice from his Generals, was harming the war effort. Quite significantly, on the Eastern Front.

In this thread, you ARE one of those people, but with a twist: for whatever reason, Hitler trusts you almost completely. Of course, from the start, Hitler's paranoia, and mental state, makes it unlikely (and as things progressed, even more so), but ITT, we become a close personal, and intelligence-based confidant of Hitler. Beginning as early as you like, but with particular reference to the build-up to, and conduct of, the Eastern Front. You can't give him commands, or meddle too drastically in the grander plans for the New Order, or whatever. You can plant the seeds of doubt, sway his opinions, and lessen/increase his micromanagement.

TLDR: We're a Grima Wormtongue voice in Hitler's ear - one whom he trusts, pretty implicitly. We can't do anything absolutely ridiculous, like "don't attack Russia, ever," or "just give up, ol' boy." I'm thinking more along the lines of "you know, if you held-off for [X] weeks..." "isn't it a little bit too soon to roll-out production of [X]?" or (most dramatically, perhaps) "Abandoning the push for Moscow? When you're so close to victory, and your people yearn for it?"

Personally, the last one would be a big one, for me. Abandoning the main focus for the Central group, just as Barbarossa was beginning to lose steam, tearing much-needed troops and supplies from the line, and leaving the Italians and Romanians to fill the (significant) gaps? Anyway - this is a thread about what the voice in Hitler's ear would steer him to do, given the information available to you at the time.
