The Battle of Florianopolis: (From othertimelines.com Eurostates (aka World War One) Wargame:

This photo was taken from a cruiser off the coast of the port city of Florianopolis as the Empire of Patagonia tried to cut Kingdom of Brazil in two. At the time this photo was taken, the Brazillians were recieving artillery support via Naval Bombardment and the final victor was still in Doubt. This would be recorded as one of the most desperate, and costly, battles of the South American Front of World War Two

(Note: Brazil, lost the battle, won the war)

I cleared the map showing the battlefront off of my geocities account a while back, I'll have to dig for them through my files.

The HMS Ark Royal is deployed to patrol the English Channel, in case the German-Soviet Alliance decides to go ahead with a feared invasion.

I wonder how much more of a threat an allied German-Soviet Navy would have been to the Royal Navy?
