Not a chance. It goes completely against his biography. Most of his political drive came from fear of and indignation about Socialism, and his early career was mostly owed to loyalty and connections. A Bismarck turning tpo Socialism could have had a political carrer - possibly even chancellor of a unified 1848 Germany or a constitutional, moderate Prussia - but he would not be the Bismarck we know. He'd have to be a completely different person following an entirely different path.
