A shot in the dark TL - Make Russia Great Again (lol)

ROUGH TIMELINE DRAFT:
POD
- ~ early 1870's
The Czar uses their power to force industrialize the country during the decade, then follows by spending the latter '70s and '80s to militarize the country.
~1885: Russia now industrialized and with a better developed military begins giving into workers demands to give more benefits and potential basic welfare systems to its workers
~1895-1905: Exponential economic growth and stability, the Czar begins to centralize the empire and wipe out potential threats (e.g. socialists like Lenin and Trotsky)
Russo-Japanese War: An industrialized Russia with much better grade military equipment ends up becoming victorious in the war, the Kurils and and Chinese port-city of Lushun are seized, and South Sakhalin is never lost.
1911 Russian Invasion of Tabriz:
The Russians are even more successful than IOTL, they seize most of Iranian Kurdistan and Iranian Azerbaijan, as the year passes to 1912, the Russian rush into Mashhad and secure the southern Caspian coast in Iran by autumn 1912. In 1913 the Russians seize Hormuz additionally and the Iranian military at this point is defenseless to stop them.
WW1:
During the war, especially after multiple decades of mass militarization, Russian weaponry, as well as being able to supply their own troops, is practically on par with the Germans and Brits, due to their superior man power, if the Russians are ever caught in trenches on the eastern front, they can quite literally "rush b" or overwhelm trench machine guns (despite being costly). However, Russian military tactics are much less reliant on quantity of manpower in this TL.
The War:
1.
Almost immediately at the beginning of the war, due to German and Austrian underestimation of Russian troops as well as lack of infrastructure, Lwow and Lviv are quickly seized, with the Russians being able to seize everything to the east of the Danube River by 1916 once they break past Austro-Hungarian Lines.
2.The Russians hold a campaign to rush to Gdansk, they circle around East Prussia, and rely on their Baltic sea fleet to force the capitulation of East Prussia. When the Russians overwhelm AH in Czechia, they are able to attack from 2 fronts into Silesia, and then begin campaigns into Saxony, Bavaria, as well as a campaign north into Pomerania. Towards 1917, the war reaches a stalemate along roughly OTL's modern day Polish German border, with the Russians finally spearheading German fortifications, reaching Berlin. Meanwhile Russian troops in Saxony push north to meet the other troops in Berlin, essentially beginning Russia's push into roughly OTL's Socialist East Germany.
3.Russia overwhelms the Ottomans in the Caucasus much like OTL, except they open a front through Iran and they seize most of Iraq and Syria by the end of the war, all while using their navy to seize Constantinople and the remaining Marmara region. Towards the end of the war, all of Anatolia's coasts are controlled by the Russians, and the Russians force the Ottomans into Armistice.
4. Russian troops in European Marmara begin an assault on Bulgaria, with Russian troops marching through Romania to aid in the conquest of Bulgaria, not to mention in order to aid Serbia.
Versailles:
Because of just how much land Russia occupied by the end of the war, they can really force their demands against the will of the Brits and the French.
-Russia annexes Galicia
-Russia puppets Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania (now with post ww1 borders), as well as Bulgaria, which keeps their Greek lands because the Russians want a stronger Bulgarian puppet
-Russia seizes Constantinople, East Prussia, Trebizond, Kurdish, Armenian, as well as Georgian Anatolia.
-Russia forms Poland, this Poland is much like post WW2 Poland, owning Pomerania as well as Silesia, not to mention Danzig, it is a Russian puppet.
-Note: Russia also annexes the eastern part of Slovakia in Czechoslovakia due to it being considered a part of "Slavic Galicia" - a fabricated excuse for annexation created by Russian diplomats. Poland also gets a small slice of this land
ALT "Sykes-Picot"
-Turkey is formed as an independent state
-Marmara is formed as a Russian Puppet state to secure Russia's control over Constantinople.
-The British in this TL are able to take over North Yemen and the West Arabian Coast due to the Ottomans being overwhelmed, therefore the British own the entirety of the Arabian Peninsula's coastline, they also own Trans-jordan and expand Kuwait to post 1920 borders.
-Russia receives a port in Southern Iraq in between Kuwait and Iran
-Eventually after almost 2 years of Russia occupation of Iraq and Syria, it begins to cause them some over extension of troops, they form an independent state of Kurdistan which owns all of Iraqi Kurdistan as well as Mardin in Syria. The remainder of Iraq is made independent, and Syria (which owns Lebanon and Antakya) is gradually turned over to the French in a matter of no more than 5 years.

INTERWAR:

-The resources and expeditionary forces spent by the allies to prevent the socialists from winning the Russian civil war are now used to stabilize Italy, Victor Emmanuel III remains in power, Italy remains a kingdom, no Mussolini, no Fascism.
-In the Weimar Republic, Hitler is much more moderate than IOTL, this is because he grew up in an Austria that was under constant Czarist influence, the National Socialist Party is still a strong movement, but since there has not been a single socialist nation yet, the people of Germany seem much more willing to opt for Communism, the Social Democrats and the KPD (Communists) hold much more power and influence in the government and have a higher appeal in Germany in General than the Fascists.
-Spanish Civil War: idk yet.

Update:
INTERWAR:
Germany:

1. SPD influence had become evergrowingly powerful, especially with the fall of the national socialist party, the country becomes mostly divided between moderate social democrats (SPD) and the hardline communists wanting to take Marx's vision and create the first socialist nation (KPD)
2. In OTL, the SPD was the biggest party in the Germany from 1890 to 1918, and then continued to be the most dominant party through most of the days of the Weimar Republic. It was not until the federal elections of November 1932 in which the Nazi's would surpass the SPD
3. Therefore Otto Wels would continue to lead with the SPD through the entirety of 1932 as a moderate Hitler may attempt to come to power in the 1930's but is eventually brushed to the side
4. By 1933 the desire for a radical party or revolutionary change would be much too great (just like IOTL) for the SPD to maintain the majority of the vote, the KPD begins to take 296 of the required 324 seats to make a Majority holding 49.95% of the Reichstag.
5. Ernst Thälmann takes power as Chancellor in the November elections of 1933, the KPD controls roughly 57% of the vote, and now the Communists in power rapid reforms are made, before July of 1934 the KPD will be made as the only legal party as the country begins to spiral into a Socialist Republic.
6. The same panics of OTL's 1920 establishment of the Russian SFSR are established in Europe, with the world's first Socialist Nation being in the industrialized state of Germany, as Marx envisioned it to be.
7. German Policy initially focuses on reforming the country, however allied powers begin to theorize expansionist policy to come to light, because of this the Russian empire begins drastically increasing their already incredibly tight grip on Austria, now militarily occupying it. The Russians also use this excuse, mixed with Pan-Slavism to occupy and begin to influence Yugoslavia.
8. IOTL, Thälmann was very Stalinist in some regards, but there is no Stalin in this timeline, therefore we can assume that in regards to authoritarian tactics and rule, Thälmann will very much mirror a culmination of Hitler's tactics as well as Lenin's. However, on the contrary, Thälmann believed in maintaining peace in europe, and peacefully rallying the workers of the world to unite. Among socialists Thälmann would be seen as the Lenin of OTL, the idealist whom brought about positive reforms, not to mention an overwhelming majority of the country would actually be supportive of the KPD similarly to OTL's German people supporting Hitler. There are no gulags, mass executions, military purges, starvation, the country simply begins its reforms by shifting drastically towards state-ism. The government would be very anti-moderation, social democrats would be hated upon more than radicals such as conservatives.
9. In 1935 Liechtenstein is integrated into Germany due to the Radical Socialist movement which replaces OTL's radical Nazism movement in the country.
