So, I'm looking at wives for James II of England, post 1667-with Anne Hyde having died giving birth to a stillborn son- and two candidates I think would be very interesting are Luise Marie of the Palatinate, and her sister Anne Henriette being considered prime candidates, would Luise be considered a viable bride for James, admittedly she was Roman Catholic, and this was before he'd come out as such, but she does bring ties to the Palatinate through her father, and she is Prince Rupert's niece, so I can see him promoting the marriage.

If not them, who are other alternatives?
