A Scandalous RFK Presidency

On another forum I'm writing a timeline that I may one day bring here. I've just gotten past the 1976 Presidential election where President George Bush and Senator Ronald Reagan were defeated by Senator Robert F Kennedy by a close margin. So far the list is:
35. Richard M Nixon (R-CA)/Henry Cabot Lodge Jr. (R-MA) 1961-1965
36. John F Kennedy (D-MA)/Terry Sanford (D-NC) 1975-1973
37. Spiro T Agnew (R-MD)/George Bush (R-TX) 1973-1974
38. George Bush (R-TX)/Gerald R Ford (R-MI) 1974-1977

Idea:
Let's say that Robert F Kennedy survives assasination, or isn't shot at at all, and one day becomes President. I'm looking for a scenario that instead of the saintly type of President most people might try to write about, I want some sort of scandalous administration. Does anyone have any ideas for some sort of scandal (most likely involving the CIA or something) that President Kennedy could get involved in?

Who is in charge from 1965-1975?

It would most likely be the CIA, RFK and Sarge Shriver (who never got along, ironically) were alone as faithful husbands of their Kennedy generation. Wiretapping as well. Remember that in 1966 and in 1968 he got publicly exposed as having authorized illegal wiretapping on MLK among others (authorized the most electronic surveillance of any AG pre-PATRIOT) and apart from a short-term hit to his poll numbers, no lasting damage was caused. Then there's Mongoose when he was AG, which would definitely continue as POTUS. His motto "never write it down" is true for a reason, so if there is a taping system it will be manual and edited appropriately. Post-presidency that could be quite scandalous, but it depends how the rest turns out.

Sexually, nothing. He had a Kennedy libido but kept it to his wife.

Politically, maybe he could do something like Watergate, and Roguebeaver will tell you that in the day all politicians were doing the Watergate thing. Frankly, I'd admit Nixon was working in the same dirty politics as everyone else, but I'd say that he was going an extra step in that area. So Kennedy could get mixed up in a wiretap situation.

EDIT: Looks like Rogue already posted.

Typo. I meant 1965 when I wrote it.

Thanks for hte advice. I'll look for some way to incorporate it into what I'm hoping to do with the timeline.

(For the record, the said timeline is located here, and, directed towards the Kexperts, you're going to call it inaccurate :p)
