From what I have seen in history especially during 1942-1945 as Hitler started to lose he got crazier and interfered more and more with his generals like his Not one stop back command.
On the other hand Stalin after interfering in 1941 stopped doing it as much and let his commanders do their thing (most of the time) and also stopped Beria executing them.
The POD is what if Stalin acted more like Hitler did as he started losing and so interfered more and ramped up the executing of those that he thought failed him.
Would this lead to the collapse of the Ussr or would it still win eventually.
