They are, but they are post-Christian atheists, same as us Europeans.

I mean, Europeans still celebrate Christmas, but as a consumerist festival, with the odd surviving bit of Christian symbolism.

I imagine they celebrate it much as the rest of Western Civilization does, except for the occasional gifting of human beings.:eek:

I propose we democratise that - multi-national everyone-orgies, with only leather - and not much leather. :eek:
 
Is it just me or does Mr.Stirling seem to have some kind of alarm attached to this site?
Whenever a question on his books is asked a red light must flash in his living room and in a flash he yells 'To the internet computer!!!!' (only accessible via a obsticle course of course) :D

Didn't you realize that he is a dimensional traveler, with access to some very advance equipment. How else do you think he is able to write his books about alternate realities?:D
