A Polish HItler?

Your challenge is to make a pod, so that Poland will have their own Nazi-esque party, instead of Germany. Your POD may be no earlier than the Revolutions of 1848. The Polish will have this party in full control (like in OTL Germany), and they must be aggressive. They must start a war similar to OTL's WW2 by 1945.

Interesting. Here's a proposition: What if, not only did Piłsudski live longer, but an alternate version of Hitler sought an alliance between Germany, Poland, Hungary, et al as a a security against the Soviets, joined in Piłsudski's Promethean strategy, and, when the time was, that Germany warred with France and Britain to establish dominance in the West, leaving dominance in the East to the members of that same Central European Alliance. We'd be looking at one hell of a different world!

Let's not exaggerate. Piłsudski was a dictator, but far from being like Hitler. He wanted to create an alliance of Central European states, not conquer them all, although he wanted Poland to be a senior partner (a little like USA in NATO). Invasion of Germany you suggest was to be a preemptive strike against Hitler when he started breaking the Treaty of Versaille. Actually, we are not completely sure Piłsudski really suggested it. Also, he wanted to do it together with France - when the French refused, he gave up the idea. And I never heard about any plan to invade Sweden.
