A new wife for Edward IV of England

What would have happened if Warwick managed to finish his bussiness of finding a wife to Edward IV, who never meets Elizabeth Woodville and ends up married with Bona of Savoy?

Thus we have the Woodvilles butterflied back to nowhere and Warwick has less reasons to change sides.

Edward IV

It's possible that had he (Edward) married Bona, they would have had a male heir before the date of his first son with Elizabeth Woodville. I still see relations between Edward and Warwick cooling quite a bit. Whether this would still led to Warwick's revolt is difficult to determine. When Edward dies, it would have been much more difficult for Richard to seize the throne.

If Richard even tries to seize the throne, his relationship with Bona might be quite different

That's my doubt, too. Eventually, Warwick would want to have his voice to weight more than anyother, so, eventually, they are going to fell out and comes to blows.

About Richard seizing the throne...

If Richard even tries to seize the throne, his relationship with Bona might be quite different

... as the Woodvilles are not around, he may not feel threatened and would remain as loyal to the young king as he had been to his brother.
