A New Presidential 20th Century

Here's a list of ATL American presidents I developed. What sort of changes would this cause?

William McKinley (R) (1900 - 1901)*
Theodore Roosevelt (R) (1901-1908)
William Jennings Bryan (D) (1908 - 1916)
Allan L. Benson (S) (1916 - 1920)
Leonard Wood (R) (1920 - 1928)
Herbert Hoover (R) (1928 - 1932)
Franklin D. Roosevelt (D) (1932 - 1940)
Arthur H. Vandenberg (R) (1940 - 1948)
Thomas E. Dewey (R) (1948 - 1952)
Dwight D. Eisenhower (R) (1952 - 1960)
John F. Kennedy (D) (1960 - 1972)
George Wallace (D) (1972 - 1974)*
Robert F. Kennedy (D) (1974 - 1980)
George H.W. Bush (R) (1980 - 1988)
Bob Dole (R) (1988 - 1992)
Bill Clinton (D) (1992 - 2000)
John McCain (R) (2000 - 2008)

*Asterisk denotes that the President was assassinated
D = Democrat
R = Republican
S = Socialist

The question for the list you pose isn't what the different presidents would cause but what would cause the election of the different presidents. For example:

William McKinley (R) (1900 - 1901)*
Theodore Roosevelt (R) (1901-1908)
William Jennings Bryan (D) (1908 - 1916)

How does Bryan defeat TR's annointed successor? The Republicans have a pretty good lock on the Presidency at this time; Wilson won in 1912 because of TR's Progressives.

Allan L. Benson (S) (1916 - 1920)

This more than anything else is ASB, without a pretty big POD. Note that I don't object because I think the US could never see a Socialist Party but because I can't see how it would be helped by 8 years of Bryan and TR's ascension.
Leonard Wood (R) (1920 - 1928)
Herbert Hoover (R) (1928 - 1932)
Franklin D. Roosevelt (D) (1932 - 1940)
Arthur H. Vandenberg (R) (1940 - 1948)
Thomas E. Dewey (R) (1948 - 1952)
Dwight D. Eisenhower (R) (1952 - 1960)
John F. Kennedy (D) (1960 - 1972)

This list probably means very little is changed...or requires a lot of explanation. For one, JFK's health probably would have made it easier to step down in 1968. For another, OTL Wood died in 1926 IIRC.

George Wallace (D) (1972 - 1974)*
Robert F. Kennedy (D) (1974 - 1980)

RFK rans as Wallace's VP? Segregation will have been pretty different TTL. However, I just don't see the country going for the familial connection that close together.

George H.W. Bush (R) (1980 - 1988)

Well, that could happen. Reagan could be a Democrat. But then again HW might be from Connecticut.

Bob Dole (R) (1988 - 1992)
Bill Clinton (D) (1992 - 2000)

Makes more sense to me if you flip HW and Dole. Also, Clinton...really? With a POD at least in 1901? I don't see it...unless this is a Bill Clinton married to his high school sweetheart, with 4 kids, and no wandering eye.

Without Reagan or Watergate the Republicans are likely to be less conservative TTL. Well, less conservative from our POV, not theirs.
