A nazi version of Stalin.

Some compares Heinrich Himmler to Lavrentia Beria (which himself is seen as Stalin 2.0), as willing to seize power after Adolf Hitler.

Nope, he just didn´t have such ambitions, being too focused on his own things. Rather, it was Goering that made his attempt, despite the effects of his morphine addiction crippling his intellectual capacities.

Also, Stalin and Hitler aren´t clone brothers.

So what if there was an important official (as much as Goering, Goebbels or Himmler) of the NSDAP which, like Stalin, was more of the organization man, while kinda unlike Albert Speer, still is a commander? How would he be like?

Not Heydrich, just not early enough.

He be important enough to be The successor of Hitler in earliest, September 1939. Latest, February/March 1943.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but if you mean who would have succeeded Hitler if he had been killed then, and Goering had lost the political battle for the succession, then the likely answer is Goebbels

Don't forget Hitler made him CHANCELLOR when he killed himself

He already had a good bevy of offices to his name, and if Goering is discredited then Goebbels picks up much of his Prussian powerbase

Stalin didn't come to power as the 40s&50s Stalin we picture, when we hear the name.
He came to power as an uncharismatic bureaucrat that seemd to gurantee the unity of the party and the continuation of Leninist policies.
