A more social/economic Progressive America

Bump, I've got the timeline already and I won't blur out what's going to show up in this timeline but I will tell you that Truman will be the main character since he manages to win in 1952 over Robert Taft and Eisenhower declines to run for president.

Yes, a good majority definitly do.
The central tendency is actually towards an aggregate shift to the left among population cohorts. People don't get more conservative when they get old in the average. The rest of society just moves faster than they do.

And on top of that, people actually tend to be rather set in their political beliefs, not really changing them unless something major invalidates them. (Like how WWII and the Civil Rights Movement helped invalidate open racism as an acceptable belief)
