The Potato is unlikely, but the Vinland Norse could bring back Maize [corn].

Just one problem, while maize can grow in Southen Scandinavia, it's a less useful crop in our climate than beet. The only reason it has replace beet in 20th century, is because it easier to harvest with mechanical means.
