wales has always been good at rugby, but i was wondering, how could wales as a nation be more successful as a nation and won say the rugby world cup, or make them the dominant team in Great Britain ?
Better leadership at the WRU in the 1980's - no flood of players going North to take League's shilling. Have Tony Gray continue the good work that he did in the late 1980's - he took us to third place in the inaugural World Cup. Have him properly supported so that there's no disasterous tour of New Zealand, stop the losses to League - and then you'd have the bedrock to go on to great things in the 1990's and beyond.
I think for that you need earlier professionalism, or cripple league.
I'd be happy with League being crippled. How many legs would I need to break??![]()
