The bits where borders haven't changed aren't all from the same date: Serbia & Montenegro still being federated together (presumably as 'Yugoslavia'), ditto Czechia & Slovakia, and East Timor still being Indonesian, are temporally incompatible with an independent South Sudan. ..
... and Iraq having an autonomous Kurdistan at the same time that it is occupying Kuwait (as far as I can see on the scale that this laptop allows) would be another temporal incompatibility in itself
