This is something I made that I call "Reverse Colonization." Pretty self explanatory.

You could actually make a really neat (if ASB) scenario out of this.

Just take different parts of the world and combine them. A good example is that westernmost landmass to the north. It's a combination of Europe, Oceania, America, and Asia. Just keep tabs on where's what and you can fill out what more powerful countries would annex them in the confusion.
