The German part makes sense, given all the German tourists. What DOESN'T make sense is the U.K. including Wales. It ruined the I_eland thing they had going on. Plus without Wales they could have stuck to their home languages and had the United Kingdom of the Eire Island.

I imagine that is around Pufferregion. Kind of like how they had a fugu plan or something, where the Japanese took a limited amount of Jews because they thought they were dangerous in great numbers, but highly useful for their skills.
@Clandango well, some proposed "native homelands" are located somewhere there, aren´t? (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_of_Lakotah_proposal) They maybe would get more (I think that Hitler was fan of Karl May), but all that rich and valuable soil... and city named BISMARCK...
Theocracy: some mormon state/comune(s) would be definitely there in these buffer regions. But theocracy? I am not sure if this make sense (hehe, not big expert on LDS church or american history).
About jews: there are some in empire. And some from US in buffer region too, but most of them fled either into Japanese sphere or into south America. And then there are these captured to be sacrificed by SS warlocks...

When you are a creator of a sci-fi/mecha anime and want to do some worldbuilding but you also have a budget constraint and somewhat okay-ish knowledge of real-world geopolitics, so you came up with this.
