Found this map recently. Wondering how they got the information. Also wondering why Argentina has more blondes than the rest of South America.
Lithuania turns Poland into farmland and does some oil drilling in Russia. The birth rate recovers somewhat, but they end up hovering at under 10 million.
Aside from that, Lithuania is an ethnically and religiously homogeneous nation with a low GINI coefficient. There are no foreseeable conflicts, which means that any instability will come from unpredictable events centuries in the future.
Lots of Germans, the concentration in southern Brazil is consistent with German settlement patterns too.

It is very telling that most of the blondes and blonds here are kids. I can confirm as a blond that I had almost platinum blond hair as a kid, turned more golden as I aged, and is now brunette in bad lights in my mid twenty, but with sunlight or any direct light it shines golden. Well, maybe a dark gold. I need to give it more sunlight to bleach a little. The girl in the upper right in this pic, looking straight forward and wearing the earbuds, seems the most realistic of the people. Berlin and Brandenburg surely don't have 65%+ blondes and the rest of Germany surely doesn't have as well
