A French marriage to Mary II

In other thread was discussed that Charles II didn't favoured at first an union between Mary and William of Orange, and wanted her married to the Dauphin Louis, the son of Louis XIV of France. WI Charles had convinced Parliament to accept that, and Mary had been married to the Dauphin?

Sorry for bumping this, but I had some ideas about consequences that might be interesting:

If Mary II still isn't able to deliver surviving children as IOTL, then Louis XIV will have some problems more when the issue of the Spanish succession happens. IOTL the French knew that no one would accept both Spain and France under the same monarch, and so they proposed to give the Spanish crown to a younger son of Dauphin Louis. ITTL, as the Dauphin has no children, that is impossible. So, if the French claim is made good, then it's all or nothing: France and Spain are expected to be united under Dauphin Louis. And even if Louis XIV decides to push the candidacy of other branch of the family (his brother Philippe, Duke of Orleans, also had a Spanish mother, and his claim could be considered superior to Charles VI) there is the fact that if the Dauphin is childless then the succession would go the Orleans' line, again uniting France and Spain under the same monarch (as the Duke of Orleans had only one male heir).

Also, there is the funny fact that if James II is still ousted from power then the heir of France would have a claim on England (being married to the legitimate heir of the deposed king).

But what would happen to Anne in this scenario? Would she be married to William of Orange instead of Mary, or there would be other suitable husband to her?
