I'm assuming your four sides are,

Imperial capitalist (Franco/Britain) dominating Germany
Anti Imperialist American Empire Capitalism (USA)
Soviet Style Communism
Maoist independent Communism

Some ideas for ideologies:

--Soviet Communism (because duh)
--KMT developing capitalism (China or part thereof)
--Unfettered capitalism (alt-world USA, maybe KMT)
--Democratic capitalism, anti-empire (USA)
--Imperial capitalism (UK)
--Democratic socialism (rebuilt continental Europe)
--Christian theocracy (Latin America or Brazil)
--Islamic theocracy (Saudi Arabia, Iran)
--Military dictatorship (India?)

Potsdam conference
After WWII was over, the big three powers, Anglo France, USA and the USSR, had a conference in the German city of Potsdam to discuss the post-war order. It was agreed that a new, more effective body would replace the defunct League of Nations. This body would be the United Nations. In terms of land the treaty would pretty much be the same as OTL. During the conference there was already quite a bit of tension between all three powers. The USSR wanted to spread communist influence, the USA wanted to spread democracy and the Anglo French wanted to expand their empires. The start of Cold War hostilities had already begun.

I'd go back farther with Mussolini staying out of ww2. Up until the last days where he joined in on the Allies and carved out his own sphere of influence, with Spain and Portugal.
