Can I please have this flag edited.

I would like it if both of the Cogs were made so that it looked like they were turning each other, and both aligned to the center as much as possible with the Sickle on the Left and Hammer on the Right.

Repost, can I please have someone make out this request.

I am all out of cookies but I have brownies and weed.

I bring yet more requests/ideas for our esteemed flag-makers!

1)Flag for a Kingdom of Ireland founded by Royalists from the English Civil War in exile(I believe that's the Jacobin line?).

2)Flag for a global United States. From Big Tex's excellent United States of Ameriwank TL. Technically the name will change to the Greater Republic of the United States once it gets really big.

3)Flag for a surviving Great Zimbabwe.

4)Flag for a surviving Mali Empire.

5)Flag for a christian Mesopotamia.

That is all.

The ones I am interested in:

3)Flag for a surviving Great Zimbabwe.

Has it been colonized but then de-colonized? Has a republic been established? Did it ever become a really big empire? Did it ever westernize?

4)Flag for a surviving Mali Empire.

Same as above.

5)Flag for a christian Mesopotamia.

Does Islam exist? What country was it part of before it gained independence? Is it actually Mesopotamia, or does the country only take up part of Mesopotamia, or do they occupy Mesopotamia but consider themselves tobe something lese? ARe they a crusade state? What about the reast of their history?

The thing with these flag requests is that they could be absolutely anything, because none of these places ever had flags, or even existed. The only way to get an idea of what the flag might involve or not involve is to know about its history and government and culture.

Ah. I suppose that I should illuminate. Mali and Great Zimbabwe are the classical "great civilizations" of Africa, continued on to today. Essentially the first major native African states I could think of.:p The mesopotamian one does have an existant Islam, it just isn't in Mesopotamia, I would assume that it focused even more on Africa and such. It's a native Mesopotamian state, though it might not control all of historical mesopotamia.

Does that answer your questions?

Hmm...I suppose that's good enough, however...

It sounds like this Mesopotamia rules Egypt. Is that true? And just two more things: By native Mesopotamian, do you mean Arab Christian, or Syriac Christian, or simply populated by Arabs but ruled by a Christian house?

What dynasty rules it?

I mean Arab or Syriac Christian, it's your choice it could go either way. It's christian through and through. I was thinking of Mesopotamia as in much of Iraq, part of Syria and tiny parts in the corner of modern turkey. Not so much Egypt. Sadly, I don't know anything about possible dynasties. This is just for my curiosity though.

Okay. Here's a Great Zimbabwe flag:

I used the Zimbabwe Bird, which is used today in Zimbabwe as a national symbol, however, it is pretty common in the ruins of Great Zimbabwe so it's not unreasonable that they'd use it.

Black is simply a color of wealth, and is pretty common in non-western flags, and it could represent black Africa.

Okay. This is what I got for a Christian Mesopotamia. It was a bit hurried, as I can't be on the computer much longer, and it lacks a cross. It really quite abstract: The two blue lines represent the Tigris and Euphrates, and the other colors represent the desert and fertile land.

If you tell me what kind of cross you want, I can put one on.

I asked for the dynasty before because that means I would be able to find that dynasty's arms, and I would have some livery colors to work with.

Anyways, I'll post a Mali flag tomorrow. And an updated version of this one or the Great Zimbabwe one, if you need those, too.

Not a flag request but a Coat of Arms Request

I request a Coat of Arms for Croatia-Slovenia, (its a Croat dominated Federation that formed from the ashes of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
It is the rival of the Serb dominated Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia, Serb Republic of Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Vojvodina and Macedonia) and borders the Bosniak Republic (a buffer state), also as OTL Austria, Hungary and Italy

Based on these Arms

Central Croatia

Dalmatia

Slovenia

Slavonia

Istria

Croat Republic of Bosnia

If I can get the arms to look like the modern Croat Arms with the Slovenian Arms replacing Ragusa’s that would be fine

1)Flag for a Kingdom of Ireland founded by Royalists from the English Civil War in exile(I believe that's the Jacobin line?).

Took a device from the stewards of the House of Stewart (stewartstewards) and the emblem of the ancient province of Midhe.
