I am also thinking of Selurong conquering Taiwan since near Taiwan there is a settlement from Luzon named the Tao people in the Orchid Island is it possible for Taiwan being conquered by an independent Luzon which in ITTL named Selurong in order to cash in more in the trade between Selurong, Korea and Japan, how will this affect the history of the Taiwanese Aborigines and of China.

As long as they have the resources necessary to maintain a fleet of ships capable of continues maritime operations. Also enough man power to maintain connection between two places separated by a large body of water.

Don't forget to take either Manila bay or Subic bay to keep the ships safe.

Manila bay became popular because of trade, I don't think it will be a center of an independent Luzon in the long term because of it's vulnerability to foreign invaders but it will be an international trading place ITTL.

The Taiwanese aboriginals put up enough resistance to resist more advanced Spanish and Dutch colonizers, so I don't know why any other group, European or Asian, would be able to do without advantages of technology.

Yeah, the Taiwanese Aboriginals will be a head ache but I think they will retain Orchid Island as an outpost to keep an eye on Taiwan.
