A fate of two Emperors

In the late 1800's two (by their standards)Liberal Emperors had untimely Deaths. The death of Czar Alexander 2nd and the death of Kaiser Frederick 3rd. How would history have progressed if these to people have lived longer. Perhaps a Europe in which WW1 occurred differently or perhaps was avoided by the two powers. My guesses are mabey Germany avoids the Great War, or Perhaps ends up on a better side with better allies. And Russia would probably avoid the Red Revolution.
These are both suppossed to happen in the same timeline.
