A differente Tokyo Trial

In my book "Au bord de l'Abime" (https://www.patreon.com/thomasdiana?u=516341&ty=h) Japan is able to go out of the war in early 1944 after a Pacifist coup supporter my the Emperor.

Here some intel about the settings:
After weeks of negociations a peace treaty is signed with allies.

The International Military Tribunal for the Far East is quite different from OTL and Nanjing War Crimes Tribunal is not held because of an earlier Chinese Civil War. The is also a Yokohaa trial which is 100% held by Japanese, which is a way to purge the military form "minor war criminals".
Tokyo an Yokohama trial are bigger than OTL because their is no "minor" trial in DEI, Rabaul and others.
The only other tribunal will be in "Changchun" (instead of Khabarovsk), because ITTL their is a "Republic of Manchurria".

I need help on few points:
-I need a japanese judge and attorney which can take part aside the other international judges.
-Is their some criminal who "slip through the cracks" OTL (Iishi, Tsuji as exemple) than can be judged ITTL?
-Is their some political "preacher", "orator", "thinker", "propagandist" [...] of "war" and "ultranationalism" which can be judged or "mysterious killed".

Your helps will be greatly appreciated.
