EDIT: Added partition of Belgium, Polish annexation of Lithuania.

PoD: at the drafting of the Versailles and St. Germain treaties, the Allies realize that effective demilitarization, not punitive territorial losses, are the best way to safeguard French national security against Germany, and that the German people must allowed to exercise national self-determination:

Effects: the ATL WWI peace treaties include the following changes:

Germany has to be completely demilitarized, with ample inspection rights for the Allies.

The Allied powers pledge non-aggression with Germany, pending German compliance with the treaties, and garantee its territorial integrity against third powers.

Germany, Austria, South Tyrol, and Sudetenland are allowed to unite.

Italy gets Dalmatia.

Germany keeps Danzig, Memel, Upper Silesia.

Poland annexes Lithuania and has unrestrained access to the Danzig seaport until they build one in their own territory.

Germany may build an extraterritorial highway and railway throughout the Corridor.

France gets a share of German coal mines for 15 years.

Belgium gets partitioned, Wallonia to France and Flanders to Netherlands. France gets Belgian Congo.

All other provisions of the treaties remain unchanged.

Opinions about the future course of Germany and Europe ?
