A different Polish campaign and aftermath

Some time ago there was a discussion about Molotov-Ribbentrop pact and how it would have affected if either side hadn't agreed it. Suppose that it was actually the Germans' plan at first place (these weren't the same Germans than in this timeline), and when the Soviets attacked in Poland they were in trouble with strong polish troops, aided with germans weaponry.

The question is, how this would affected later situation? This I mean Finnish Winter war which started some months later. Could it be happened and would the soviet force be bigger, what do you think?

Not really sure what the scenario you're outlining actually is (not having read another thread you refer to). What IS the Germans plan that you refer to ? It seems to me that invading Poland without an agreement with the Soviets could mean that the Germans end up fighting both the Poles and the Russians, whilst on the other flank the British and French are at war with them... This doesn't seem to be too good a plan, though Italy would probably like it as they'd never have to declare war and glorious Fascism would continue for ever...
