A Crusade in 1261?

In 25 July 1261 a small army from the Empire of Nicaea lead by General Alexios Strategopoulos found out that Constantinople was unguarded and the Latin Emperor Baldwin II was out of the city... A swift attack resulted in the capture of the Imperial city and the restoration of the Byzantine Empire in 15 August 1261 under co-Emperors Michael VIII Palaeologus and John IV Laskaris...
News reached Western Europe few weeks later 1-2 days before the election of Jacques Pantaleon Patriarch of Jerusalem as Pope Urban IV...
Upon hearing this Urban IV tried to organise a Crusade in order to restore Baldwin II and the Latin Empire... But none came to his call...
WI he had succeded in mustering a Crusading army and lead it against Constantinople? How possible is thet? Could he had revived the Latin Empire? Any thoughts?

Crusade

I remember that Charles of Anjou, King of Naples and Sicily, definitely had designs on Constantinople. I don't know if a papacy inspired anti Greek crusade would have materialized in 1261. At any rate, it would have been much better for the Greeks had they not re-entered the imperial city in 1261. Michael VIII's disastrous Anatolian policies date from that period.
