During the mist of the First World War the Liberals had a problem, the British prime minister at the time Hebert H. Asquith was leading the war effect against the central powers but after a fail campaign at Gallipoli Asquith formed a war coalition with the others parties (mainly the Torys and Labour) in help to combat the war to a quicker end,but after a year of a coalition government Asquith failed to satisfy his critics and there for was forced to resign from power.

His replacement was former Chancellor David Lloyd George who was the secretary of war before he became Prime Minister,Lloyd George work closely with the Conservatives to combat the war effort, the first couple of mouths would be considered to Lloyd George premiership and the rest of the world.

Lloyd George welcomed the fall of the Russian Tsar seeing that it would be a great image of the Liberals government fighting the central powers however now there was a matter of questioning for the former Tsar and his family, at first the British government entered the idea of the family seeking asylum in Britain but after much considered the governor though it would be a better idea for them to seek asylum in a natural country, before any of that could happen the family was executed by a new type of political power.

A year later the war came to an end with Germany surrendered Britain was now face with a question: Who should governor the peace talks, Lloyd George was offered a portion by the conservative leader Andrew ‘Bonar’ Law that allows the coalition government to still be in power he call it the ‘peace time coalition’, despite Lloyd Georges temptation to forum such a government he politely declined the offer writing to his brother ‘that such as action would spit the Liberal party in two and I feared that we never have another chance again’ Lloyd George calls the election for the 14th of December,Parliament was dissolved on the 25th of November and the campaign began, the conservative opposition to the liberals policy’s before the war broke out in 1914, they also promised that they could restore Britain and have a better negotiations between the two countries, on the other hand the liberals campaign for rebuilding Britain with progressive policies such as the people’s budget and the fact David Lloyd George was the man who won the war,Lloyd George made a secret deal with his precedence Hebert Asquith, the deal was simply help to united the party and Lloyd George would offer a place in his government (the deal in question is a quite a questionable to say the least) but Asquith agreed and endorsed Lloyd George publicly, when the time came to declare a winner many was suspected that the liberals not only won they fourth election victory also a majority government, not sine the 1906 election that the liberals had the majority of parliament, with the election over a strange feeling hang over parliament that feeling was a new political party named Labour who made massive Grains from the election.

Peace was never achieved during nor after the Paris peace conference, the western world look on as Russia was becoming more and more isolated from the rest of the world, this began the event know as the red scare, most western nations fell into fear with the Russia revolution of 1917, Britain was no apparently from the red scare trying to help the nationalist in the Russia civil war but to no avail, The Liberal government also fear of a revolution of their across the pound with it Ireland, thankfully the conflict between the came to a end in 1921 in the Anglo – Irish treaty, the Liberal Government came to an end in 1922 when their lost a majority, the conservatives came to power with Andrew ‘Bonar’ Law but shortly after becoming Prime Minister Law would have to resign due to health reasons, his chancellor Stanley Baldwin became Prime Minister and call for a election in the winter of that very same year, during the election of 1922 something really strange happen nether the Liberals nor Conservatives won with Baldwin resigning after he did not have a majority and the liberals fell short with 40 seats, Britain for the first time had a labour government running the country but the honeymoon for labour ended when the prime minister Ramsay McDonald call for a election of 1924, labour wanted the support of the Liberals for them to be or try to get a majority but it the deal fell through and Labour never came close to power again.

The Liberals on the other hand came to power with a landslide victory, after a fail labour government which David Lloyd George call ‘an fail experience’,the second Lloyd George accomplished a lot more then their first, working with unions and pushing more liberal policies though parliament, it was easy for them to won a second election of 1929 but with a lower majority then before,The Liberals were on top of the moon but then.

The honeymoon period never did last long on the 24th October 1929 the event that cause the 12 years of the Great Depression,David Lloyd George try’s to combat the problem with his news policy ‘The Lloyd George new deal’ but with the liberal party at the breaking point some wanted to form a national government while others wanted to put new policy’s in place, the cracks began to show in early 1931 when after an debate with his cabinet the party itself though it was time to get a new prime minister in, in the summer of the same year the King ask Lloyd George for a meeting, King George wanted Lloyd George to forum a national government but when his refused the request it was clear Lloyd George had to go,just like his preciousness in the Great War Lloyd George was forced to resign from office, the liberals found they new man in Hebert Samuel,Lloyd George resign on the 4th on November sevens years after he had won his party a gran majority,Lloyd George was out and Samuel was in, Hebert Samuel promise the people that recovery was only a matter of time, over a year had pass with no progress in sight the liberals lost heavy when the election of 1933 came with Lloyd George former rival Stanley Baldwin walk through the doors of number ten once again, after ten years of the wilderness the Torys was confident that with them in the power Britain was surely will be safer then ever before.

OOC : Hello again hope you're enjoyed the prolonged, I thought I would done one to give more context in this timeline, please forgive me for any spelling mistakes.
