What would happen if there was some form of British (republican) uprising occurring some time following the Napoleonic wars (or towards the end of them if you so wish) all the way to the 1830's? Obviously, I'm not much of a genius in this period of history, however to my understanding Britain post-Napoleon was a pretty distasteful place to be living (a modicum better than continental Europe of course) if you loved yourself some social and economic radicalism and progression, both of which the government at the time were unwilling to bend to. Between the Corn Laws, the Peeterloo massacre, an attempted assassination of a Prime Minister and all the other general insanity that occured between the fall of Napoleon and the rise of Duke Wellington, would some sort of revolution be possible or even plausible at knocking down the government (two houses), and possibly the king?
