A British Revolution?

What would happen if there was some form of British (republican) uprising occurring some time following the Napoleonic wars (or towards the end of them if you so wish) all the way to the 1830's? Obviously, I'm not much of a genius in this period of history, however to my understanding Britain post-Napoleon was a pretty distasteful place to be living (a modicum better than continental Europe of course) if you loved yourself some social and economic radicalism and progression, both of which the government at the time were unwilling to bend to. Between the Corn Laws, the Peeterloo massacre, an attempted assassination of a Prime Minister and all the other general insanity that occured between the fall of Napoleon and the rise of Duke Wellington, would some sort of revolution be possible or even plausible at knocking down the government (two houses), and possibly the king?

The rise of the Duke of Wellington was the very point at which a revolution was most likely.

If the either the Conservatives under Wellington win the election in 1830 more convincingly or the King refuses to support the Whigs in 1832 to enable the passing of the Reform Act then widespread civil unrest is likely and possibly a Radical led "reform" of Parliament. Whether the King would be deposed in this scenario is debatable - an abdication might be possible leaving a regency for Victoria as a means of "saving" the monarchy whilst neutering its influence.

With influences like Parlimentary, Charles James Fox and revolutionary writer Joseph Priestley.
Have Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey more radical so he forms a new Parliamentary Army and storms the Windsor Castle, waving the red flag of revolution.

As this pictures shows, the hope of the radical party to cut of the head of King George III:

Peterloo Massacre in 1819 would be a believable POD;

The Peterloo Massacre in 1819 would be a believable POD; have it actually turn into a pitched battle, as opposed to the "police riot" it was in reality...

Best,
