The Q-BAM has no real projection, so no. There's ways to convert maps into other projections though, so you might be better with a map of similar size but not exactly a Q-BAM.

†To elaborate further, I'm using NightCafe's "Generate Image from Prompt" feature. I used advanced settings and generated the image not from blank noise, but from a pre-existing satellite map of North America. The result is seen below.

11820x6000 Robinson World Map (Requested by A.D.T Mapping) - Google Drive

A qgis-generated robinson map (11820x6000) with rivers, landmass, present borders and 3 levels of subdivisions, lakes and reservoirs bigger than 30km² too. I used OSM land polygons, GADM and HYDROSHEDS, if anybody is interested. Not a good one to my really high standards, but it works.
