Or if you have a graphics program, you can copy the map, (with permission,) paste it into a new image, use universal selected and select that red, then paint over it with the color around it.
This, my friend, is the Worlda. It's a Robinson(?) projection map of the world reduced to make it simpler to map stuff.
The Worlda is commonly used to draft scenarios, which can be expanded upon using the QBAM.

I can't remember what the Q is for, but BAM means Big-A***d-Map, iirc.
QBAM is approximately 5000x2400 pixels for the whole world, compared with WorldA's approx 1200x650 pixels. There's also the MBAM format which is about 15000x7500 pixels, and a few others, some about the same sizes, some larger, some much larger.

Depending on how big you want it WorldA/Q-BAM or other such AH.com standard maps could be usable.
