How many seats are there in the House of Representatives in TTL?

Obviously, if there are 92 states, with each state having three senators, the senate has 276 members...assuming each state has an equal number, that is, and there aren't territorial senators as well.

There are 824 members of the House and 276 senators. The Electoral College has 1100 votes, 551 votes are needed to be elected president.
