Elisabeth of Pomerania would rule Poland as the monarch of Poland as Elisabeth I while Louis I of Hungary would rule Hungary, their daughter eldest Jadwiga was later married to Richard II of England, their son, Wladyslaw would make Poland-Hungary one of the prosperous countries in Europe.
Jadwiga, the Queen of England, wife of Richard II.
[1] I really see that if Casimir IV of Slupsk becomes the King of Poland, he would be like Henry IV of Castile, an impotent/sterile he in OTL never sired any children with his two wives - Joanna of Lithuania and Margaret of Mazovia, I could say he is another Leszek the Black but I made this situation parallel to Castillan succession war with Joanna la Beltraneja and Isabella of Castile.
