I just realized these are threads, so I don't know if they are placeholders.

Eh... What? You should give more details. That way this is extremely confusing. How did Axis win WW2? What kind of COld War it was? How did it end? Why there was 2ACW? What is that new CSA?

The Axis would have won, because in this timeline. Italy would have not had so much incompetence. Also, Hitler would have had his generals take control of certain operations. He also called for a peace treaty with Britain in 1940, but Britain refused. Germany commenced Operation Sealion as planned. The USA would still go to war with Japan, but Japan is not as interested in having ties with the 3rd Reich, this gives the US an advantage. The Germans threaten war if the US intervenes in Europe, and FDR not wanting to escalate the situation complies. This causes a resurgence of the Republican Party in the USA, they viewed FDR as a failure. Meanwhile, Britain puts up a heavy fight with the Germans, but the Germans are joined by Ireland (Which has a leader who is sympathetic to the Nazi cause) for revenge against their sworn enemy. So Britain is defeated, Germany could invade the Soviet Union now, and Operation Barbarossa is more successful without the Americans helping the Soviets. So the Russians fall pretty quickly, as a result Russia falls into anarchy. Germany creates puppet governments in France, England, Ukraine, Belarus, The Baltic States, and a portion of Russia. For now, the world is in total chaos. (Pt.1)
In the Pacific, Japan is still bombed and they surrender to the Americans. Along with this, they liberate Korea and other Japanese-held territories. It is also in this timeline that the Communists in China don't win the Civil War because of the lack of Soviet aid. Chiang Kai Shek would make China a military dictatorship like in OTL. Japan would be put under occupation for several years, the occupation end in 1955. 10 years after WW2. Some European colonies would declare independence out of fear of German oppression. (Ex: Indochina, Malaysia, India, Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, etc.) They would gain American protection, even some of Britain's former dominions like New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, and South Africa would get American protection too. (Pt.2)

Since Europeans are not fighting in Europe and North Africa I bit doubt that Japan would attack to Pearl Harbor so there should be at least different casus belli.
Why FDR wouldn't want to intervene to Europe? Yeah, with oddly succesful Sealion Germans are in bit better condition but not so much that USA would be too worried about going to war.
I don't doubt that Ireland would be strongly anti-Britain but I bit doubt that its army is very helpful.
That is not what Germans planned. Have you heard about Generalplan Ost?
Japan would be defeated even faster since there would be more troops from Europe and ANZAC wouldn't be tied in Europea nd North Africa. And of course more Americans could be used there.

You are right that them had some pro-German collaboratists. But they were ratherly very anti-Bolsheviks who basically were just useful idiots for nazis. Nazis hadn't any intention create even semi-independent Ukraine, Belarus, Baltics and Russia. Them had intention to exterminate locals if not totally at least mostly, level cities like Kyiv, Warsaw, St. Petersburg (Lenigrad on that time), Moscow and many others. Aftewards the region would had settled by Germans. That was Generalplan Ost.

Now there was a bigger problem, the world was split between 2 factions. The Americans and Germans. The United States would create the Global Defense Pact. Germany attempted to join America's alliance but was declined, so in retaliation Germany create the Pariser Pakt (Paris Pact = Warsaw Pact). There was a war in Africa between the Communist North Mozambiquens and the Fascist Mozambiquens in 1950 (Mozambique War = Korean War), the communists were being pushed back but the recently formed East African Federation would not be ok with German troops on their doorstep. In May of 1950, East African Troops crossed the Ruyuma River chanting an anti-German song. The Mozambique War would end a stalemate, and there would be a DMZ built. The Germans are angry with the East African Federation, but for now, they had other things to do. The slaughtering of "inferior" citizens continued within the 3rd Reich. Some were even used as slave labor. But there were some pockets of resistance against the Nazis. While the Holocaust was occurring in Germany, there was a situation in North America that was going on. The United States was in the process of giving Civil Rights to African-American voters, even in the South. This angered white Southerners, who did not like black people being in the same place as white people. So states started going into riots and a Neo-Confederate group took governance of the new Confederacy. The new CSA gets help from Germany in 1965. The USA acts immediately but due to the Neo-Confederate groups in former states, they don't do very well with a combined German force.
