Scenario I. WI no Sarajevo event, knock ons for Mexico of 1914 and onward?

Assume no alt WWI at least until summer 2016. what happens in the USA Mexico and the world?

Issues that were at play in August 1914 -

Mexico:
1. US occupation of Veracruz
2. Huerta attempting to get back into power (in OTL, seeking to do so with German support)
3. British Admiralty interest in Mexico as an oil source
4. The rest of the Mexican Revolution cast of characters, all seeking recognition of the U.S., which was being persnickety about recognizing a Mexican government

USA:
1. the economy (no war disruption, but no stimulation by war orders as in OTL)
2. Wilson's domestic reform agenda
3. Don't know if women's suffrage or prohibition were coming to a boil yet.

Scenario II. What if Huerta made a successful counter coup in 1914 o 1915?

What does this do to Mexico and the world, especially given that Huerta's effort is backed by German money and promises?

Scenario III.

What if Francisco Madero lives instead of being overthrown and assassinated in 1913?

And what if gets to serve out a full term as Presidente of Mexico? Knock ons?

...bumping for more discussion....

Mexico is a big deal and shouldn't be dissed like this.

Scenario I. - No WWI - Maybe the Mexican Revolution becomes more of a great power proxy struggle than it was in OTL, with Europeans more involved. I'd assume the British and their Entente allies (or most of them) wouldn't be intervening at cross-purposes with the US, but the Germans might.

Scenario II. - Huerta's comeback - probably is not a long comeback, and results in a period of intense repression until he dies or loses power again, whichever comes first. His takeover probably does not even completely pause the civil war

Scenario II. Viva Madero! Literally anything can happen, from a democracy wank to Madero himself somehow eventually becoming a Porfirio Diaz like figure himself.
No US intervention in Veracruz or elsewhere as long as Madero is alive and in charge, unless his government somehow does something massively offensive to *Progressive* opinion in America (business or Church dissatisfaction alone would not be enough to provoke intervention by Wilson).
