What the title says. If, by whatever PoD, Britain, Denmark, and Sweden were in the Eurozone, would the current Greek debt crisis be better, worse, or unchanged ? On one hand, adding UK economy to the eurozone would substantially reinforce it. OTOH, Britain has currently potential debt problems of a degree and size comparable to Spain and Italy... Yet again, the presence of Denmark and Sweden in the Eurozone would significantly (but not radically) reinforce it.

Is this on FH?

If Britain, Denmark and Sweden were in the Eurozone, it'd be pretty difficult for any other members of the EU not to use the Euro.

No, because the Greek debt crisis is a current event, the scenario is what would happen if UK, Denmark, and Sweden were in the Eurozone, so the PoD needs to be in the past (likely in the 90s or 00s).

They are the nations that opted out of their own initiative, despire qualifying for membership. The Eastern Europe nations aren't in the eurozone because they have not yet met the economic criteria.
