ideally Left-Libertarian if that was a ballot line, but i'll take Liberal Democrat in it's place.

Uh... which party is Center-Left or so? Because none of them seem to be my cup of particular brew.
The Liberal Democrats are center-left, the Social Democrats are hard-left. Similarly the Conservative Republicans are center-right and the Christian Republicans are hard-right.

There is only one choice in this poll so I presume it is a party list system which is attached to a single district isn't proportional. With the alternate vote there is and with the Single Transferable vote there is and STV can incorporate a form of primary el;ections into one ballot although it is only semi proportional. I can't see a party list going down well in America

I think that statewide open-list PR is viable, as it would combine the primary and general election. Switzerland, Sweden, Finland and Brazil attest to this.

whats the difference between the conservative republicans and the religious republicans

Think RNC vs. the Tea Party. The Conservatives are in favor of foreign adventures, free trade and immigration, while the Religious are basically paleoconservatives who are isolationist and anti-immigration.

I don't fit into either of those... I guess I'd end up with the Libertarians
