WI after turkish invasion of 1974, NATO inc US support Turkey covertly and more diplomatically
Exasperated the greek govt leaves NATO permanently and opted to establish closer and friendlier relations with warsaw pact
This includes joint military exercises and accepting military assistance from USSR

How will it affect the course of the cold war , Cyprus question and Turkey greece relations

Keep in mind that Greece is in a lot of turmoil at that point in time. It's likely Greece gets finlandized, or an outright communist regime is installed. In any case, the outlook isn't going to be good for Greece; either trying to playa balancing act while one superpower wants to make you its puppet, and another has just supported the nation that poses the greatest threat to you.

The democratic transition could b damaged, and we get stuck with a dictatorial regime at least until the end of the Cold War. Or, conversely, it gets blamed on the regime of the Colonels even more, and they have to abandon power even more summarily. Greco Turkish relations are probably going to be far worse, you are also very likely to see much more persistent anti Americanism in Greece. It's worth noting that most people here heavily dislike the US even IOTL, I can't imagine how it would be like had something like that happened.

With Egypt betraying the ussr , greece would be a welcome addition to the eastern bloc

I wonder what will happen if greeks share western aircraft technology with USSR

Wasn't Greece on the brink of Civil War in 1974?

Civil War is in my view inaccurate; most likely the dictatorship gets booted out. Given that many OTL supporters of the Colonels' Regime simply changed allegiance to democrats when the regime collapsed, I don't think there would be many supporting it, after November 1973, the writing was on the wall. If there's a war going on? I think they'd collapse faster than French governments in the 3rd Republic.

What is Turkey going to do with a lot of Greeks remaining? Other than the diplomatic isolation Turkey will face.
I figure that it would only happen if Greece shoots first and the Brits show intent to give up the island (both of which can be seen as clearly potential possibilities), in which case, Turkey owning it begins as a "stick it to Greece thing". Wholesale killing of people would not happen I think, but they would do shenanigans involving the encouraging of moving of Turks to the island in hopes of altering the demographics of the island long-term. And it would indeed increasingly isolate Turkey geopolitically, but not all that much since it's a NATO member and Greece is a Soviet ally.

Should they take more overt steps, they will face greater diplomatic loss, and vice versa.

I could see Cyprus being annexed into Turkey, in theory, following a war.
Was greece willing to commit the majority of its air and naval forces to thwart Turkey?
WI greek airforce and submarines sink a few Turkish naval vessels during the course of the invasion ?
Will a full scale war result between these 2 nations ?

Which side has a superior navy?

while the turks are needed allies .. so are the greeks in the underpinning of southern Europe.

if the greeks went communist there would ensue a massive civil war with everyone getting involved. the brits wont allow it, the turks wont like it and the us will be hell bent on prevention.

on the last comments.. only the admirals with the glass bottom boats will know the naval victory ;) both sides are inferior . agreed turks with the slightest of edge that could turn either way

My guess is that both sides suffer massive losses re: navy but the Turks come out on top.
Turks are a lot closer to Cyprus so it helps them logistically
Maybe Aegean sea will become a battleground too ?
Can Greece be a WP ally without being communist? I mean all of USSR allies in ME were hostile to local communists
