OK. FDR tries this dodge. He claims to be sending massive supplies to the UK FOR THEM TO USE AGAINST THE "JAPS".

If I am wrong in my contention that some people can and would thwart Lend Lease or whatever then the dodge would be unnecessary, would it not?

And if I'm right, who would it fool?

Supplies for the UK Pacific War can be sent to the Pacific.

There Nazi U-boats are a bit thin on the ground.
