Its not an album cover. Its the cover a Japanese comic written in Mandarin about the Nazi's from somewhere in the 30's.

No, this was the first American TV series broadcast at PRC. Discontinued after 15 episodes for "lack of artistic value". But it was gain cult following, and the rest of the episodes shown underground at bootleg VHS theaters throughout 1980's. Rebroadcast with full season in 1992.

The fact that the characters were simplified already seemed fishy to me.

It's a TV series called "Garrison's Gorillas".

I'm afraid I have to disappoint youIt's neither Japanese nor from the 1930s, neither was it a propaganda.

This is a comic adaptation for an American TV series Garrison's Gorrillas. (加里森敢死隊）.

It was ignored in the US but EXTREMELY popular in China in the 1980s.

I bought a copy of it and watched each episode more than thrice when I was 9-10 years old... It's amusing.

Worth? About 20-30 Yuan RMB, or 4 dollar 80 cents in US. (it's the whole set's price)
