1930 Coup in Argentina and Brazil never happens

I choose 1930 as the year of POD to butterfly away Peron and Vargas in Argentina and Brazil.

Would Argentina and Brazil politically and economically better had the coups never happened? Was the No 1930 coup best POD for Argentina to remain among the top ten among the largest economies? Was the No 1930 coup best POD for Brazil to become a great power by 2010?

If Argentina never develops its love affair for fascist military rule, it will likely be much better off in the long run. Argentina is likely to remain as a first world nation. Even with the postwar declines in agricultural exports, it will avoid the political turmoil, the inefficient import substitution industries, and suppression of its left and intellectual classes.

Could we see Argentina join the war as part of the Allies? To rephrase this, Could we see Argentina join the war as part of the Allies and contribute more fighting manpower than Brazil did in OTL.

The "Old republic had to go by 1930,the problemis that the 1930 coup should have made a new constitutipn and be somehow democratic but Getúlio vargas took the realm for himself,São Paulo state made a civil war in 1932 triyng to force Vargas to have a new constitution and elections, although is also sad that they went to war to become independant(i don´t believe that)

The coups are generally speaking bad for any country.
So, remaining a democratic country would be a good thing for Brazil and Argentina.

One way to address this question would be to expound upon what happens if there aren't the coups in the 1930's. Brazil, for example, is likely to undergo some sort of political reform eventually I suspect.
