1924 Presidential Election, Without La Follette

How would the 1924 Presidential Election have panned out without Robert La Follette in the picture? Could Coolidge have possibly won 70.6% of the vote, an outrageously high percentage?

The butterflies probably wouldn't be too drastic, and I imagine Coolidge's second term would've largely been the same, but how does the election look?

Lafollette's vote gets distributed roughly evenly between the two candidates. You've got a Bourbon and a fiscally conservative Republican, so Tweedledum and Tweedledee. Not to mention extreme voter apathy on the left.

unlikely La Follette voters would vote Coolidge, John W. Davis isn't a Progressive at all, the two Ring wingers running is the reason La Follette ran at all was Coolidge and Davis are right-wingers

I was thinking, because La Follette ran the Socialists didn't, no La Follette, and Debs runs one last time, of course the Communist ran in OTL and will in TTL, so some (1/3?) will get split between Debs and Foster, the rest don't vote a small group still vote and it splits even between Coolidge and Davis

I'd tend to put Debs on about 5% as well. He got it in 1912 even with TR in the race. So he sets the party's all-time vote share record; oddly, I suspect the Socialists find themselves all the stronger for this in the next decade or so before fading out after the mid-1930s as IRL.

I read somwhere that a lot of LF's votes came from Germna-Americans who were out of sorts with the Democratic Party for having taken the US into war against Germany. Take him away, and I'd expect them to either vote Socialist or hold their noses and vote for Coolidge. Definitely not for Davis.
