ww1 continues until total german defeat, Berlin falls in summer 1919. There is allied victory parade in german capital, there are occupation zones and after few years of occupation new government is installed. This is year 1945 in 1919. Although effect on Germany and Western Europe are easier to predict there is question-what will happen in the East-how much russian civil war is affected? Being on german soil allies are close to russian borders but I doubt they will have enough power and motivation after such long war to effectively help whites, if there are any whites left. But let's start from Germany's situation-peace treaty propably will be harsher than Versailles, but chances of german revenge are lower-no "stab in the back" legend-german defeat is clear and visible for everyone. I think in this situation there are big chances to avoid Hitler and ww2. What do you think? Would world be better if Allied victory was crushing?
